As NCIS season 22 nears its end, Wilmer Valderrama is making sure fans don’t miss out on some big news-season 23 is officially on the way!
Though CBS announced the renewal back in February, Wilmer took to Instagram on March 27 to celebrate the moment. Posting a behind-the-scenes video from his last day on set, he joked with co-stars Katrina Law and Sean Murray about not having to come back the next day. Still, he made it clear he’s thrilled to return.
“That’s a wrap on season 22 🥲,” he wrote. “See you next season!”
Fans flooded the comments with excitement, with many expressing gratitude for the cast and crew. “Maybe not see you tomorrow, but see you soon. For Season 23 BABY! 🔥🙌,” one person wrote.
And there’s more good news for the NCIS franchise—NCIS: Origins has been renewed for season 2, and NCIS: Sydney returns this fall for season 3.
