Brian Dietzen children: Is the NCIS Jimmy Palmer Actor A Father..?

Jimmy Palmer, Brian Dietzen’s NCIS alter ego, is a widower with one daughter, Victoria Palmer.

After a one-week hiatus, NCIS season 20 will return for episode 16, Butterfly Effect, on Monday, March 13. Jimmy Palmer’s (Brian Dietzen) other half, Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law), will learn about her father’s health scare while in Japan in the episode.

As the chief medical examiner consoles his girlfriend, CBS viewers can’t help but wonder about Dietzen’s own family life.

Brian Dietzen, the NCIS actor, Has Any Children?

Brian Dietzen, known for playing Jimmy Palmer on NCIS, is famously private about his personal life. He met his wife, Kelly, at a party in 2000, and they have been married for nearly two decades, living in Los Angeles.

Together, they have two children, a son named Satchel and a daughter named Clover. Dietzen has kept their lives mostly out of the public eye, only recently revealing their names through personalized golf wedges featuring an Overwatch logo and musical notes, tributes to his children.

Despite his reclusive personality, Dietzen has indicated a fondness for family time, particularly during Christmas, calling it his favorite time of year. In December, he expressed his delight at spending time with his family in his home state, feeling “blessed and recharged” as he prepared to return to work.

Interestingly, Dietzen’s character, Jimmy Palmer, also shares a connection with his real-life family life, as his on-screen daughter, Victoria Palmer (played by Elle Harper), made an appearance in NCIS season 19. In an episode co-written by Dietzen, Jimmy brought Victoria to the office, but things went awry when he and Kasie Hines were exposed to a lethal bio-toxin. Thankfully, both survived the ordeal.
