The Real Reason This NCIS Character Left

Emily Wickersham, best known for her role as Ellie Bishop on NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans, has built a net worth of $6 million. Born on April 26, 1984, she initially studied painting at Muhlenberg College before deciding to pursue a career in acting. Her early career included small roles, but she gained recognition for performances in I Am Number 4 and The Sopranos.

Wickersham joined NCIS in 2013, where she appeared in 173 episodes as Ellie Bishop. During her time on the show, she earned around $100,000 per episode, which played a significant role in growing her wealth. Fans have since called for a spin-off focused on her character.

Outside of her acting career, Wickersham married musician Blake Hanley in 2010 but divorced in 2018. She later had a son, Cassius, with her partner James Badge Dale in 2021. Despite the challenges, she has maintained a luxurious lifestyle, including owning a stunning $20 million Spanish-style villa in Los Feliz.
