Despite his long-running role on NCIS, the beloved actor will always prioritize his family, including his wife, Pam Dawber, and his two children, Sean Harmon and Ty Harmon, over his Hollywood career.<\/p>\n

Mark and Pam have been married since the 1980s. The Summer School alum was in the heyday of his career at the time, having starred on St. Elsewhere and Moonlighting, while Pam was a successful actor on Mork & Mindy. According to\u00a0People<\/a>, the two began dating after being introduced by a mutual acquaintance.<\/p>\n

Despite the fact that both Mark and Pam were enormous stars in the entertainment business, they worked hard to keep their romance out of the spotlight.<\/p>\n

Mark juggled his Hollywood career throughout his children\u2019s childhoods, starring in blockbuster shows and films such as Dillinger, Reasonable Doubts, Harts of the West, and Wyatt Earp. Pam, on the other hand, gave up her career to raise the children.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had children, and it was like, \u2018I\u2019m not going to chase this fame thing,\u2019\u201d she told\u00a0Entertainment Tonight<\/a>\u00a0in 2016. \u201cI desired to drive my children to school.\u201d I wanted to attend their birthday parties and bring cupcakes and donuts. While Mark remained a fixture in the media, he never let his celebrity interfere with his life as a father. Because the Freaky Friday actor is unfazed by showbiz\u2019s glitz and glamour, he has no qualms about maintaining a modest profile.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not even a choice,\u201d Mark explained to\u00a0TV Insider<\/a>\u00a0in November 2017. \u201cIt\u2019s part of who we are.\u201d We remain at home. A lot. On April 25, 1988, Mark\u2019s first child was born. The Chicago Hope actor and his wife Pam kept their son out of the spotlight when he was younger. Despite his parents\u2019 celebrity, Mark and Pam\u2019s eldest child has followed in their footsteps.<\/p>\n

Sean has appeared in CSI: New York, NCIS: Los Angeles, Major Cr1mes, Hold On, and NCIS opposite Mark. According to\u00a0IMDb<\/a>, Sean will appear in the upcoming 2021 TV film Thicker. He also directed one film, Catholic Schoolgirl Chainsaw Showdown.<\/p>\n
