There are still a few hours left for this April Fool\u2019s Day, but I feel confident in declaring the \u201cwinner\u201d (among teasing TV shows and stars) to be the announcement that Young NCIS is \u201ccoming soon to CBS.\u201d<\/p>\n

The goof came complete with a cast reveal of kiddos that correspond to current NCIS cast members Diona Reasonover, Katrina Law, Sean Murray, Gary Cole, Wilmer Valderrama, Rocky Carroll and Brian Dietzen.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis fall, there\u2019s no case too small,\u201d the official NCISverse Instagram account announced. \u201c#YoungNCIS is coming soon to a TV near you.\ud83d\udc4f\ud83e\uddd2 \u201d<\/p>\n

And lest there be any doubt that this prequel spinoff was faux, confirmation was found in the accompany hashtags: \u201c#NewSeries #NCIS #NCISverse #AprilFools #TV #YoungSheldon #WhatToWatch\u201d<\/p>\n

Among the actual NCIS cast who weighed in on the online prank, Law commented, \u201cI 100% believed\u201d in the Instagram reveal, while Reasonover replied with an apt, \u201cOmg.\u201d<\/p>\n

The still-active Instagram account for Young Sheldon, the clear inspiration for Young NCIS (font and all), meanwhile inquired, \u201cAre you casting? \ud83d\udc40\u201d<\/p>\n

Placing a distant second to Young NCIS was Shark Tank vet Barbara Corcoran\u2019s Tuesday-morning sharing of the \u201cBIG NEWS\u201d that she had gone in for her fourth career facelift, to \u201clook 25 again,\u201d and \u201cboy was it worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n
