Parker\u2019s (Gary Cole) search to uncover the identity of the mysterious Lily continues on tonight\u2019s NCIS episode. Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) makes an artist\u2019s rendering of what the young girl looks like based on Parker\u2019s description of Lily from the dream and\/or hallucination he had on the ship when he was near death.<\/p>\n

In this exclusive sneak peek, Parker confronts his father, Roman (Francis Xavier McCarthy), via a video call from Las Vegas and shows him the sketch of Lily, but Roman doesn\u2019t recognize the girl. Then Parker tries to get his father to talk about his mother, but his father refuses to do so as he has for years.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs this just another ploy to get me to talk about her,\u201d he says, referring to Parker\u2019s mother. There\u2019s real tension between the two men, which will get resolved. Then, at the end of the episode, there\u2019s a bit of a reveal, but not the whole story.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe mystery is going to keep unfolding and revealing what I hope are very interesting twists that make you go, \u2018Oh shit,\u2019\u201d showrunner Steven D. Binder tells Parade. \u201cNot just like, \u2018Oh, so Lily\u2019s his sister or whatever.\u2019 That\u2019s not too terribly interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n

We already saw what happened after Dr. Grace (Laura San Giacomo) suggested to Parker that the next time he has a dream or a vision of her, he go towards her and embrace her. And that had a shocking result.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe basically writes in blood, \u2018I know what you did last summer,\u2019 on the wall. And you\u2019re like, \u2018Wait a minute, what?\u2019 Binder continues. \u201cSo that\u2019s going to be Lily\u2019s journey. Lily\u2019s going to take us down a magical mystery tour for a little bit. Each time, we will learn something about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Binder, there\u2019s something dark going on. Lily isn\u2019t just any little girl, nor is she a representation of Parker\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s something that this guy needs to work on. That\u2019s why he screamed at Grace when she poked the sore spot,\u201d Binder added. \u201cThat\u2019s not like him to behave like that. For him, it\u2019s a big deal to lash out like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although it was the near-death experience on the ship that triggered this memory for Parker, it is something that has long been there. But he needed something like that event to jog his memory.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis has been there, and it would have come out eventually,\u201d Binder concludes cryptically.<\/p>\n
