The One NCIS Scene That Got Too Real For The Actors And Turned Into A Real-Life Lawsuit Against CBS

NCIS, the long-running television show, has had its fair share of controversies and problems over the years. One such incident involved a scene that turned into a complete nightmare. CBS made a major blunder by failing to notify others about a jewelry store heist scene that was being shot. This caused chaos when a full SWAT team showed up, armed. The actors found themselves facing real-life cops pointing guns at them. Thankfully, nobody was hurt, but the traumatic experience resulted in a lawsuit for the actors and the jewelry store owner.

The situation went to court, with the actors claiming that CBS had misled them into shooting the realistic scene without proper permits or giving anyone a heads up. As this unfolded, tensions behind the scenes also became apparent. Cote de Pablo, who played Ziva David, felt disrespected and eventually left the show. Pauley Perrette and Mark Harmon had a troubled relationship, to the point where Perrette refused to shoot scenes with Harmon.

NCIS has certainly faced its fair share of controversy, both on and off the screen. Despite these challenges, the show has managed to maintain its longevity and captivate audiences for years.
